SPECIAL FEATURES:

• 'V' Blocks are made of tool steel hardened and ground and have two V shaped locations. By simply reversing the 'V Block the clamping range can be enhanced.
  
• Clamping jaws are also made of tool steal hardened and ground.
  
• All parts are perfectly interchangeable.
  

The self-centring vice is very essential for doing precision jobs such as milling of accurate radial grooves and slots in round components as well as for drilling radial holes. The vices shown in this leaflet have two bases at right angles to each other, which facilitates their being used both in horizontal and vertical positions. Both the bases are provided with T-slot tongues.

A single alignment on machine is enough for all work piece diameters. Once set, the central position remains constant even if the diameter of the job varies. The adjustable length stop facilitates the accurate determination of distances and the distance remains unchanged, which makes for uninterrupted production.
